What material is your Jewelry made of?

At Elaviya, we use only high-quality materials to ensure durability and style. Here’s a breakdown of the materials used in our products:

  • Surgical-Grade Steel
    Our pieces are made from high-quality recycled stainless steel (316L), known for its sturdiness and resistance. It surpasses pure silver, gold, and platinum in terms of durability, and it's highly resistant to rust, corrosion, tarnishing, and skin discoloration.
  • Gold-Plated
    We use 18K gold plating, with a thickness of 0.006 microns, for all of our gold versions.

All of our products are made with the highest quality of material and are developed to last. Every item comes with a 6 Months Warranty.

When Will Elaviya Restock Sold Out Items?

Do you offer custom packaging, gift boxes or gift cards?

At this time, we do not offer custom gift wrapping. However, every piece of jewelry is presented with a thoughtful and elegant unboxing experience. Your jewelry will arrive nestled in a sturdy, black-matte box, providing a secure and stylish home for your new piece. It is accompanied by a soft, cotton fabric drawstring bag, designed to protect your jewelry and add a layer of eco-conscious care. For a unique gift, we do offer digital gift cards, allowing your loved ones to select the perfect piece themselves.

How can I clean and take care of my Jewelry?

Our jewelry is crafted from premium 316L Surgical-Grade Stainless Steel, making it exceptionally durable and resistant to tarnish. By following a few simple cleaning and maintenance methods, you can ensure your pieces remain looking as good as new!

Cleaning and Maintenance

Avoid Harsh Chemicals: While our jewelry is highly durable and waterproof, it's best to avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals like bleach, strong cleaning agents, and saltwater.

Put On Last: Always put on your jewelry as the final step in your routine, after applying hairspray, perfumes, cosmetics, and lotions.

Clean Gently: To clean your pieces, simply use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Gently wipe the surface to remove any oils or dust. Do not use abrasive cleaners or polish, as these can damage the plating.

Store Properly: When you are not wearing your jewelry, store it in a cool, dry place. The soft cotton drawstring bag provided with your order is perfect for protecting your jewelry from dust and preventing scratches from other metals.

Can you customize or engrave my Jewelry?

As much as we would like to provide you with the opportunity to customize your jewelry, we currently do not have the capability to customize our jewelry after production or accommodate on-demand engraving requests.

Are your products Waterproof? Can they tarnish or break?

Our jewelry is crafted from premium 316L Surgical-Grade Stainless Steel, a material renowned for its exceptional durability.

  • Waterproof: Yes, our products are completely waterproof. You can confidently wear them while showering, swimming, or exercising without any risk of them tarnishing or rusting.
  • Tarnish or Rust: No, our jewelry is highly resistant to tarnishing and rust. The 316L stainless steel is designed to withstand daily exposure to water and sweat without losing its shine or color.
  • Break: While our jewelry is incredibly strong and durable, no item is completely unbreakable. It is designed for daily wear and will not break under normal use. However, it can be damaged by extreme force or improper handling, which is not covered under our warranty.

I just had an issue with my product. Can I get it replaced?

Yes, you can. We are committed to the quality of our products, and we are happy to assist you if you have received a damaged or defective item.

To start the process, please visit our Warranty Page and fill out the warranty claim form. We will review your submission and, if it meets the criteria of our 6-month warranty policy, we will arrange for a free replacement.
