We are committed to providing you with high-quality jewelry that you'll love. Every piece is covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase. We stand by our quality and want to ensure you have a great experience with our products.

What Our Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. We will repair or replace your item free of charge if it has any of the following issues:

  • Anti-Fade: Significant fading or peeling of the plating that occurs immediately or shortly after purchase, indicating a manufacturing defect.
  • Anti-Rust: Unexplained corrosion or rusting that occurs without contact with water or chemicals.
  • Closure Mechanism: Faulty clasps, hooks, or other closures that do not function correctly.
  • Other Structural Flaws: Defects in craftsmanship or materials.

What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover

Please be aware that this warranty does not cover issues resulting from general wear and tear, or improper care. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Accidental Damage: Scratches, dents, or breaks caused by drops, impacts, or rough handling.
  • Chemical Damage: Discoloration or damage from exposure to harsh chemicals like bleach or strong cleaning products.
  • Lost or Stolen Items: We are not responsible for lost or stolen jewelry.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your item is eligible for a warranty claim, please fill out the form below.

Once submitted, our team will review your claim and get back to you within 48 business hours with the next steps. For returning your item, you have two options:

  • Reverse Pickup: We can arrange a reverse pickup for your item. A fee of ₹99 will be applicable for this service and will be deducted from your final resolution (e.g., store credit or refund).
  • Self-Ship: You can ship the item back to us yourself. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Our team will provide you with the shipping address once your claim is approved.

  • Avoid Chemicals: Put on your jewelry only after applying perfumes, lotions, and makeup.
  • Store Properly: Store your jewelry in a dry, cool place, preferably in an airtight bag or pouch to prevent oxidation.
