What are your shipping costs and options?

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. We believe in transparent pricing, so the price you see is the final price you pay.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Our standard delivery time is typically 3-7 business days from the date of dispatch. This may vary slightly depending on your location and any unforeseen courier delays. You will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.

Which courier partners do you use?

We have partnered with Shiprocket, a leading logistics aggregator in India. Through them, we work with a network of reliable courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, and others to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our services and will update our policy as soon as international shipping is available.

What happens if I'm not home when the delivery is attempted?

Our courier partner will typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. They will also contact you on your registered phone number before the delivery. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the item will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange a new delivery (additional charges may apply).

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

We process and ship orders very quickly. Therefore, we can only accept a change of address within 12 hours of the order being placed. Please contact our customer support team immediately with your new address and order number. After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee an address change.
