What is your Return policy and how can I return my items?

We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return or exchange any item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact. For more details, please read our full Returns Policy.

How do I start a return or exchange?

The quickest way to start a return or exchange is by filling out our online form. You can find our return request form on our Returns Page. Once you submit the form, our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Who pays for the return shipping?

You have two options for returning your item:

  • Reverse Pickup: We can arrange a pickup from your address for a small convenience fee of ₹99, which will be adjusted from your final store credit or refund.
  • Self-Ship: You can also choose to ship the item back to us yourself. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

What is the timeline for a refund or store credit?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or store credit within 2-3 business days. For refunds, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

Can I exchange an item for a different one?

Yes, you can exchange an item. Please select the exchange option on our returns form. If the item you wish to exchange for is of a different value, our team will assist you with the process.
